Enhancing female students’ enterprise-based internship and employment opportunity in environment and natural resources fields at thai nguyen university of agriculture and forestry

In this project, we have connected 20 local companies to the university-industry internship program to support female students in the fields of natural resources and environment at Faculty of Natural Resources Management and Faculty of Environment, TUAF. Before the students take the internship, we have organized a series of soft and specialized classes to equip them with industry knowledge and skills to succeed in their industry internship. Many other companies want to join the program next year such as Danko Real Estate Company

This survey aims to collect information on recruitment requirements of enterprises and companies operating in the field of Natural Resources & Environment
in order to evaluate the advantages, disadvantages, and responsiveness of knowledge to prepare female students for internship and employment opportunities. The training capacity compared to the job requirements, the opinion of female students, alumni after graduation about the quality of training of the University in order to constantly improve the quality of human resources to meet the needs of social demand.
