In the current context, when State agencies limit the recruitment of personnel in different positions, the Enterprise is a reliable address, the main user of trained resources. from Universities. In order to gradually bring the training program closer to businesses, since 2015, the Faculty of Natural Resources and Environment Management has sent students to practice at enterprises. Some students have asserted themselves, are highly appreciated by enterprises after their internship and are accepted back to work right after graduation. However, when the door is opened quite wide for male students, female students majoring in Natural Resources & Environment have certain difficulties in finding job opportunities at enterprises. Of the 14 enterprises that have cooperated with the Faculty, only 7 have agreed to accept female internships, the number of enterprises registering to recruit female students is also very small and the number of recruitment is also very small due to some objective and subjective reasons.
With the aim to find more job opportunities for female students after graduation, the Aus four skill project's Alumni Group proposed the project; Improving career opportunities and internships at enterprises for female students majoring in Natural Resources and Environment at Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry.
